RESERVOLUTION operates this website and is responsible for the enquiry information submitted through it. To make a privacy request, use the contact form on the restaurant voice page and write “Privacy request” in the message.

Information we collect

• Contact details you submit, including your name, work email, restaurant name, product interest, and message.
• Basic technical and usage information processed by our hosting provider to deliver, secure, and measure the website.
• Audio and transcript content generated while you actively use the live voice demonstration.

How we use it

We use enquiry information to respond, assess product fit, prepare a proposal, and keep a record of the conversation. We use technical information to operate, protect, and improve the site. We do not sell personal information.

The live voice demonstration

Your browser requests microphone access only after you start the demo. Audio is streamed to Google Gemini to generate the live response. RESERVOLUTION does not save the demo audio or transcript in its website database. Your microphone stream is stopped when you end the demo or leave the page.

Google may process and temporarily retain prompts, responses, and technical metadata for service operation, security, and abuse monitoring under the terms that apply to the Gemini API. Do not share payment details, health information, passwords, or other sensitive information in the demo.

Legal basis and retention

We process enquiries because you asked us to respond and because we have a legitimate interest in managing genuine business enquiries. Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months after the last relevant contact, unless a longer period is required for a contract, legal obligation, or dispute.

Service providers and international processing

We use service providers for website hosting, database storage, security, and live AI processing. This may involve processing outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate contractual and legal safeguards.

Cookies and measurement

The restaurant pages do not intentionally place advertising cookies. Our hosting service may process limited technical information and aggregate traffic measurements needed to operate and understand the site. We also record a small set of first-party interaction events, such as starting or ending the voice demo, selecting a price, clicking a call to action, or completing an enquiry. These events contain the page path and interaction label, not your name, email, audio, or transcript, and are retained for up to 90 days. If optional advertising or third-party analytics tools are added later, this notice and any required consent controls will be updated first.
